Project and contact information.
Precalculus by Carl Stitz and Jeff Zeager began with a sabbatical in 2008 when Paul Zachlin was sharing an office with Carl. Later, when Paul began publishing textbooks on Ximera with Anna Davis, he knew that it would be great to publish this book on the Ximera server in order to incorporate modern tools that can only be accessed online which increase the learning experience.
Funding and support for the current edition was generously provided by the Ximera Project through the US Department of Higher Ed Open Textbook Pilot Program (2024-present).
Anna and Paul are grateful to:
Carl Stitz and Jeff Zeager,
The rest of the XIMERA team: Bart Snapp (Ximera Project Director, OSU), Jim Fowler (OSU), Wim Obbels (KU Leuven, Belgium), Jeff Kuan (OSU), Serena Squires (OSU student),
and the US Department of Education.
For questions and comments about this book, please contact Paul Zachlin at pzachlin@lakelandcc.edu
